We're officially live! As we launch Mumbles and Musings to the public, I want to take some time to speak about our ambitions for the site and beyond. 

Mumbles and Musings began from a desire for a place where teen writers could meet and support each other. We wanted to provide a platform to uplift young voices because, oftentimes, our ideas and hopes aren't taken seriously.  

We hope that in the near future, Mumbles and Musings can be a comforting place for people to share their thoughts and dreams via their writing. We aim to be a community that is safe, respectful, and, above all, a space where people can be true to themselves. As much as we want to grow, we also want to help writers grow their confidence in their own unique styles of writing. 

I hope that we can thrive together soon.
